  Food is always good, but their service sucks!! I worked for Jimmy Johns all through high school so I know that there are mistakes that happen, but everything we order from this Jimmy Johns its at least a hour before we get out food. So much for the "freaky fast subs!" Maybe they should change their saying to freaky slow subs. Subway was just sued for false advertising of a 12" sandwich and they weren't 12 inches. So should i start a law suite for their delivery slogan "freaky fast subs". And then when the food does show up i ask the driver "Did you have a lot of deliveries? He said no, so i asked i hope its fresh because i placed my order a hour and twenty minutes ago. He laughs and says "Hopefully" with a smart attitude. Well Jimmy Johns of Munster your drivers are representing you as a company, and for them to be a smart ass to your customers is only going to hurt your business. Since i have worked for Jimmy Johns in the past and have family that works for the company I will be letting your area Manager Chris know about this. Your service is horrible. Fix it!
